Newly hired to lead FTJ's Administration Department, Robert has 25 years of insurance industry experience, including assignments in customer service, product implementation, and operations management at two other insurance companies.

Larry joined FTJ in 2024 with nearly 30 years of legal experience, including positions as counsel for two insurance carriers and a stint as Deputy Director and General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance.

Dustin's team configures FTJ's administration systems, both for the onboarding of new business and changes to existing programs. He joined FTJ in 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of insurance administration.

Brian leads FTJ Advisors, our retirement planning and wealth management division. He has more than 25 years of experience in insurance and annuity sales and management, including the last 10 years with FTJ.

Widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the association/affinity insurance realm, Mike has more than 35 years of sales experience, including the last 8 years for FTJ.

Drew was named the head of FTJ’s Employee Benefits division in 2023 oversaw the strategic division transition to FTJ Benefits Advantage in 2026. He began his career at FTJ in 2005 as a regional director in Missouri.

A CPA with 40-plus years of experience in professional liability insurance, Joe oversees FTJ’s ProDefender division, which specializes in insurance for professional firms. He joined FTJ in 2014.

One of FTJ's third-generation owners, Rick Jones oversees the day-to-day operations of FTJ, with emphasis on marketing and strategic development.  He joined the company in 2004.

Shawn oversees FTJ's information security department, which is charged with protecting all company data. He joined FTJ in 2018 with more than 25 years of data security experience, including positions with the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army.

The leader of FTJ's 50-person IT Department, Robson joined FTJ in 2024, bringing more than 35 years of IT consulting and leadership experience, including prior positions at three insurance companies.  

Tracy joined FSL in 2025 with over 23 years of accounting, finance, and regulatory experience. Tracy is a CPA and has held positions as a Managing Director at State Street and Controller at PEAK6 Investments.

Since 2017, Kim has managed FTJ's P&C Department, which oversees underwriting, and admin for our professional liability programs. She came to FTJ with 24 years of underwriting and program management experience for AmeriTrust Group.

Phil brings 35 years of advertising, marketing, and product development experience in a variety of industries to his role with FTJ's marketing & communications team. He joined FTJ in 2023 and became the department leader the following year.

The leader of FTJ’s affinity account management team, Jon brings a diverse background in marketing, account management, and product development to the role. He joined FTJ in 2022 after 13 years with AGIA Affinity Services.

The senior-most member of FTJ's account service team, Grace has more than 25 years of AE experience and manages the Trust for Insuring Educators, FTJ's largest individual account.

Andre Santiago leads FTJ’s Senior Products business, overseeing the company’s Medicare and senior insurance operations. He brings more than 15 years of insurance sales and leadership experience, with expertise in Medicare, life and health insurance, sales operations, agent development, and direct-to-consumer distribution. Since joining FTJ in 2023, Andre has focused on expanding the Senior Products business and strengthening its sales, service, and operational capabilities.
